Justin Bieber made a big announcement on the Ellen Show today…he’s heading out on his Believe tour at the end of September and he’s bringing along Carly Rae Jepsen!
Not only did Bieber make the announcement on the show, but he also performed “Boyfriend” and Ellen threw him a special graduation ceremony. How sweet!
